Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and increase engagement across our products or services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Analytics, to optimize marketing efforts and achieve our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand, products, and services.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement through a variety of digital marketing channels, including email, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and feature updates.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to various channels and campaigns for optimal ROI.
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute marketing programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and growth hacking.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a growth marketing role, with a track record of driving customer acquisition and engagement.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and experience with tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
